Dear Sirs,
As a lawyer about years experience, I am proud to be Indonesian citizenship, when I am on duty abroad, defending internationql care in foreign jurisdiction, I used to spent my time wirh the Indonesian ambassador, to propagate Indonesia investment based on Indonesia policy for foreign invester here in Indonesia.
Therefor based on my trust to Indonesia state own enterprise i transfer my saving in Singapore to Jiwasraya one of the very trusty state owned company in Indonesia. As i know Jiwasraya has avery long back history. Starting from the 1859, When the colonist Netherlands ruled our country. Their management had a very trusty and good reputation. No hanky panky or illegal busines as what happened now by the managemnt of Jiwasraya.
The traged of Jiwasraya as published worldwide by media, cause me to claim my money back having the amount of about 24 billion rupiah.
I do really need thst amount for survival of my office, my self , my family during my present in Sukamiskin ‘s penitentiary in Bandung.
Beyond my expectation as client of jiwasraya i really feel cheated by one of a very trusty insurance state company.
If so is the case, how can we invite foreign investor to participate in developing our economic , if Jiwasraya cheats even the lawyer.
I succeed to save that money after 50 year working hard and beyond my expectation it is only disappeared in on day even i still hope that Jiwasraya would really fulfill my claim, the claim to give back my money.
I hope excellency Mr. Minister would hear my claim and through your intervention. Jiwasraya shall immediately fulfill my claim, the claim to give back my money.
